Energy Assistance Program
We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to partner with Energy Outreach Colorado to help bring relief and stability to families facing energy insecurity. Through this collaboration, we're able to provide vital support to households struggling to afford their heating and utility bills.

This program is more than just financial assistance, it's a lifeline during challenging times. Together with Energy Outreach Colorado, we’re proud to stand alongside our community and deliver the help that so many families need and deserve.
Our Impact
Since November of 2024 to March of 2025, we have helped with over:

Program Timeline & Eligibility
The Energy Assistance Program runs on a fiscal year schedule, starting October 1st and ending September 30th each year.

The upcoming program year will begin on October 1st, 2025 and end on September 30th, 2026.

Please keep in mind:

You may only apply once per fiscal year.

Once you’ve applied during this period, you will need to wait until October 1st, 2026 to be eligible to apply again—regardless of where you apply.

All applications are recorded in a centralized system shared across partner organizations, so multiple applications within the same year will not be processed.
We encourage you to apply when the need is greatest for you and your household. We're here to help, and we're honored to be part of a network that ensures fair and efficient access to assistance for everyone in our community.
Requirements
To apply for energy assistance, please bring the following documents with you:

A copy of your valid ID

A copy of your most recent overdue energy bill

If you are applying on behalf of someone else, you must also bring a copy of their valid ID
We gladly accept IDs from other countries. Some accepted forms of identification include (but are not limited to):

Foreign or U.S. passports

Consular IDs (e.g., Matricula Consular)

National ID cards

Driver’s licenses

If you would like to apply for the Energy Assistance Program, please visit our office during the following hours:

10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

We operate on a walk-in only basis — no appointments are necessary or available. Applications are handled in the order guests arrive.
