Our signature training program designed to equip leaders with tools, knowledge, and support to become certified Community Engagement Specialists
Program Overview
What is the Changemakers Institute?
Our institute is a community-rooted training program designed to empower immigrant women, caregivers, and community leaders through a culturally relevant, peer-led model of leadership. At the heart of our work are promotoras, trusted community navigators and advocates, who serve as bridges between vital resources and the communities they know and love. Through their lived experience and deep local ties, promotoras help foster trust, resilience, and lasting change from within.
